We are shareholders in a company that owns an onshore wind project in Romania, featuring:


1. secured site access (guaranteed access to the land),

2. a completed wind measurement study (for two years),

3. capacity for a configuration of 14 turbines of approximately 6–7 MW each,

4. for a total installed capacity of between 84 and 98 MW.



We have the experience and the team required to bring the project to ready-to-build stage.

We believe this could represent an attractive platform for a combined project acquisition and turbine supply strategy.

We would like to explore whether your company could be interested:

a) as a turbine supplier linked to the future development of the project

or

b) by introducing the opportunity to an investor or independent power producer, IPP, that may be interested in acquiring the asset or partnering in its development.
